The Bougie Bosses Costume Closet Program was created to provide families with an organized system for accessing official Bougie Bosses Dance Company uniform collections while preserving the quality, professionalism, and legacy of each custom-designed performance piece.

The Costume Closet serves as the official home for all company-approved performance uniform rentals, rental bundles, pre-loved uniform purchases, retired collections, and family-owned uniform submissions.

The Costume Closet allows previous and current Bougie Bosses collections to continue their legacy while providing families with additional uniform options that maintain the polished and professional standard of Bougie Bosses Dance Company.

All Costume Closet options are based on current inventory, available sizes, and available uniform collections.

Performance Uniform Rentals

Need temporary access to an official Bougie Bosses uniform for an upcoming performance?

The Performance Uniform Rental Program allows families to rent available company-owned uniforms for approved performances, competitions, showcases, parades, appearances, and special events.

Rental Information:

• Rentals are per performance/event
• Uniforms are not season-long rentals
• Rental uniforms remain property of Bougie Bosses Dance Company
• Rental Contract required before checkout
• Refundable security/damage deposit required
• In-person payment required
• Uniforms must be returned after the approved rental period

Performance Rental Bundles

Need multiple uniform collections for the same event?

Performance Rental Bundles allow dancers to rent multiple approved Costume Closet uniforms together for performances requiring more than one look.

Bundle availability depends on:

• Current Costume Closet inventory
• Collection availability
• Size availability
• Performance requirements

All rental bundle items follow Costume Closet rental policies and must be returned together.

Pre-Loved Uniform Purchases

Prefer not to purchase a brand-new uniform?

The Pre-Loved Uniform Purchase Program gives families the opportunity to purchase available official Bougie Bosses uniforms from the Costume Closet inventory.

Pre-loved uniforms:

• Are official Bougie Bosses uniform collections
• Have been previously owned or used
• Meet company standards for continued use
• Are available to any family based on inventory

There are no special requirements to purchase a pre-loved uniform.

Once purchased, the uniform becomes the property of the family.

Family-Owned Uniform Submissions

Have a purchased Bougie Bosses uniform you no longer need?

Families may choose to submit personally owned uniforms back into the Costume Closet Program for review.

This option is available for:

• Dancers leaving the team
• Outgrown uniforms
• Previous uniform collections no longer needed

Submitting a purchased uniform is completely optional.

Families are never required to return uniforms they purchased.

How the Costume Closet Process Works

Step One: Submit Request

Complete the correct Costume Closet form online:

• Rental Request Form
• Rental Bundle Request Form
• Pre-Loved Purchase Request Form
• Uniform Submission Form

 

Step Two: Inventory Review

Bougie Bosses Dance Company will review:

• Current inventory
• Uniform collection requested
• Size availability
• Division/team needs

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.

 

Step Three: Confirmation & Requirements

Once approved, families will complete all required steps.

For rentals:

• Complete Rental Contract
• Complete rental payment in person
• Complete refundable security/damage deposit in person
• Complete uniform checkout

 

Step Four: Return or Ownership

Rental Uniforms:

Rental uniforms remain property of Bougie Bosses Dance Company and must be returned by the deadline listed on the Rental Contract.

Late returns may result in daily late fees.

Damaged, lost, or unreturned rentals may result in replacement charges.

Pre-Loved Purchases:

Purchased uniforms belong to the family and do not need to be returned.
