About the event
Welcome to The Bosses Office Dance Company
Welcome to The Bosses Office Dance Company, where Talent Meets Structure and Dreams Meet Discipline.
We are excited to welcome both new and returning families to the 2026–2027 Dance Season! Our Parent & Dancer Orientation is a required event designed to ensure every family is informed, prepared, and ready for a successful season.
During orientation, families will receive their Official 2026–2027 Orientation Binder, review important company policies, meet our leadership team, learn about season expectations, and receive everything needed for a smooth and successful year.
At The Bosses Office, we don't just train dancers—we develop disciplined leaders, confident performers, and young women who strive for excellence both on and off the dance floor.
